Thank you so much for supporting Wild Sea Calligraphy. Please read the following information carefully regarding returns, refunds, and workshop tickets:
DEFINITIONS
We, I, and Our refers to Wild Sea Calligraphy. You, Your and the Customer refers to the person whose name appears first on the order form or the name/names on any cheque sent with an order or the name on the credit card used.
Workshop Tickets
Please note that all workshop ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, I am happy to transfer your ticket to a future workshop (subject to availability). Please email us as soon as possible if you need to arrange a swap to wildseacalligraphy@gmail.com
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of these pieces, personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering.
Non-Personalised Items
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalised item, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
