One of my most popular commissions is envelope calligraphy and the art of beautiful handwritten envelope addressing. Whether you want an eye-catching way to address your wedding invitations, or you just have a desire to send beautiful handwritten envelopes to your family and friends, my bespoke envelope calligraphy service will help you make a very special statement. My bespoke envelope addressing service is perfect for milestone birthday cards, ‘save the date’ notes, anniversary cards and good old fashioned love letters too.

You’ll simply have to let me know the date you need them by, the addresses/addressee names, how many envelopes are required and the specifications, and I’ll do the rest! 

The Finer Details

• Thickness: Each luxury envelope will be at least 135gsm with a gummed diamond flap

• Sizes: C6 (to fit A6) 114mm x 162mm / C5 ( to fit A5 and 7x5) 162mm x 229mm

• Colour: White with black ink / Navy with white ink / Black with white ink

• Turnaround Time: Approximately 7-10 days depending on quantity

• Presentation: All handwritten envelopes will be boxed and sent to you safely using first class tracked post or courier

• Bespoke: I have a number of different envelopes in stock as per the specifics above, however am more than happy to source a particular colour or size as you require. Tell me your plans and I’ll make your envelope dreams a reality

• Price: The price starts at £3 per envelope (more for special inks/envelope colours). Each envelope can accommodate a 6-line address (includes country if needed) plus the addressee names

The Small Print:

All data (names and addresses) should be spell-checked and proofread before emailing it to me. It is preferable that the data is sent in the format it will finally appear in. That is: names and titles in lists (rather than Excel columns), names and addresses presented in a label format. Also, for the sake of time and accuracy, all materials should be submitted at the same time please! Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, final responsibility for proofreading the original list rests with the client.

• Include your wording on the product order form

• Purchase your choice of champagne bottle or perfume bottle with delivery addressed to me (I will confirm my delivery address when I have received your order)

• Upon receipt of the bottle please allow 5 days for engraving

• I will send out your engraved gift to you via Royal Mail Tracked

• Please make sure the bottle you purchase has space and the surface for the engraving you require (eg no texture or covering) contact me if you are unsure and I can help source something appropriate.
